右の女性は口臭がひどいのでこれを使いなさいと房楊枝を渡され、使おうとしています。

前の女性は余りの臭いに鼻を塞いています。

Another lady in front covers her nose to prevent bad breath.

大正8年（1919）原画は平安末期 (Original one around 1190)　　　　.

　　　　歯周病で病む男。痛くて噛めないので歯を見せている。
